The death has occurred of
Sr. Teresa Downey
Downey Sr. Teresa (Sisters of Charity of Nevers, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin and late of Kiltormer, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway) December 14th, 2025.
Peacefully, in the kind care of all the staff in Our Lady’s Manor, Dalkey.
Sadly missed by her sisters Greta, Sr. Nora and Bridie, nieces, nephews, the Sisters of her congregation, extended family and friends. Remembering also her late sister Sr. Elizabeth.
Reposing Tuesday 16th December, 2025 in Quinn’s of Glasthule from 2pm-4pm.
Removal Wednesday 17th December to St. Columbanus Church, Loughlinstown arriving for 11am Funeral Mass which can be viewed online at http://loughlinstownparish.ie/ followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
