The death has occurred of
Sr. Teresa (Tess) Shaw
Sr. Teresa (Tess) Shaw, formerly of Riverdale, Raharney, Co.Westmeath, 6th January 2024, peacefully in her 95th year in the loving care of the staff at St. Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan, pre-deceased by her parents Matthew and Julia, brothers Tom, Patrick, Mick, Matty, Christy, and Jack, sisters Maureen (Carroll), Lil, Eileen (Flynn) and Sheila (Garde), much loved by her Religious Community of the sisters of St. Joseph of the Heart and by her loving family her sisters in law Kathleen (Shaw) & Lil (Shaw) brother in law John (Garde), her many nieces and nephews and friends.
Reposing in St. Camillus Nursing Centre Chapel ((Eircode N91VF51), Killucan, this Monday evening (8th January) from 4pm followed by prayers at 6pm. Funeral Mass in St. Brigid’s Church, Raharney, on Tuesday (9th January) at 12pm followed by burial in Rathwire Cemetery.
Those attending the removal are asked to wear masks at all times in the church of St. Camillus.
