The death has occurred of Sr. Mary Jo Hand (Sr. Louis), Iona House, Farney Street, Carrickmacross and formerly of St. Louis Convent, Carrickmacross and Drummerlough Beg, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully in the tender loving care of Curam Care Home, Dundalk, Thursday, 9th March 2023. Predeceased by her parents and siblings. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her St. Louis Sisters, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross (A81 C653) on Saturday afternoon from 2pm until 5.30pm with Evening Prayer at 5pm. Removal on Sunday morning from Iona House to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross (A81 K253) arriving for Requiem Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
