Stan BARNES

BARNES (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – April 22nd 2019 (peacefully) at the Blackrock Hospice after a long illness bravely borne.  Stan; dearly beloved husband of Ettie, much loved father of Karen, Donna and Stan.  Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, sons-in-law Colum and Michael, daughter-in-law Rosa, grandchildren Robert, Conor, Órla, Eva, Joshua, Simona and Diego, great-grandchildren Lydia and Louis, brother Raymond, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin (opp. Sallynoggin Church) on Tuesday evening from 4pm with a gathering of family and friends for 6pm Prayer Service (all welcome to attend).  Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Holy Family, Kill-o’-the-Grange, arriving at 11.20am.  Funeral immediately after 11.30am Requiem Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W.  Family flowers only please.  Donations if desired to the Blackrock Hospice.  Donation box at the back of the church beside the condolence book.
