The death has occurred of
Stanley LAING
LAING, Stanley, January 2nd 2018, Templeogue, Dublin 6W, late of Ballyconnell, Cavan and former Chairman of Dublin County Council, peacefully in the loving care of the wonderful staff of Mount Tabor Nursing Home, Sandymount. Much loved husband of the late Mildred, and father of Victor, Gordon and Andrew. Forever loved and sadly missed by his sons, daughters-in-law Colette, Edel and Yvonne, grandchildren Emma, Phoebe, Annie, Sam, Ryan, Keysha, Kyle and Ethan.
Dad had strength and dignity and was the definition of a gentleman. It is his utter decency that will endure.
In repose at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Templeogue Village on Friday 5th January from 3pm to 7pm. Funeral Service in Christ Church, Rathgar on Saturday 6th January at 11.30am, followed by Cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please.
