The death has occurred of
Stella Dunphy
(née O'Conor)
Dunphy, Stella (née O’Conor) (Howth and formerly of Terenure and Sealawn, Sutton) Peacefully on the 10th December 2025 in the loving care of Howth Hill Lodge Nursing Home and in her 92nd year, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving parents Josephine and Hayes O’Conor, and her sister-in-law Rita Heagney.
Stella will be very sadly missed by her beloved husband Austin, daughter Nicola, niece Clodagh Heagney-Zomer, nephew Brian Heagney (Tokyo), cousins, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Monday the 15th December from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Tuesday morning 16th December to St Fintan’s Church, Sutton arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium at approximately 12pm.
The Funeral Mass will be streamed live on Tuesday morning 16th December at 10am via the link below.
