Stephen (Charlie) Duggan
Duggan, Stephen (Charlie) – (Burrow, Rosslare, Co. Wexford), March 8, 2023, beloved husband of Bernie, father of Katie, brother of Christine, Anne and the late Frank; sadly missed by his family, son-in-law Kenny, brothers-in-law P J and Gerry, sister-in-law Patsy, grandchildren Becky and Freya, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Mulligans Funeral Home the Faythe, Wexford on Monday from 5pm until 7pm, removal from the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 10.15am to St. Brigid’s Church, Rosslare for Funeral Mass at 11am, burial afterwards in the New Cemetery Tagoat.
