Stephen Costello

The death has occurred of Stephen Costello, Gloves, Athenry, Co. Galway.

 

Stephen passed away suddenly at University Hospital Galway surrounded by his loving family on the 5th February 2025.

 

Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Margaret Costello, his sister Ann Donoghue and brother in-law Paddy O’Connor.

 

Stephen will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marion, his sisters Mary (O’Connor) and Bridie (Hynes), his brothers-in-law Sean, Joe and Vincent, his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. He will be fondly remembered by his good friends Niall, Jenni, Gavin and Owen Dempsey.

 

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Saturday 8th February from 6pm. Removal at 8pm to St.Peter & Paul’s Church, Kiltullagh.

Funeral Mass for Stephen will take place on Sunday 9th February at 12.30pm. Burial afterwards in Kiltullagh Cemetery.
