The death has occurred of
STEPHEN FEGAN
STEPHEN FEGAN (Moondarrig, St. Mary's Terrace, Midleton, Co. Cork & late of Waterford City). On September 26th 2025, Stephen passed away surrounded by his loving family in the tender care of the ICU staff at Cork University Hospital.
Beloved husband of Miriam and adored Dad of Jessica and Stephen, son of the late Julie and Paddy Fegan (Waterford City).
Loving Grandad to Adam, cherished brother of Mary, Martin and Paddy, much loved father-in-law of Aimee and John. Also sadly missed by his brother-in-law Paddy, sister-in-law Lucy, nieces and nephews Michelle, Jason, Austin, Julie, Catherine, Edel and Martin.
Stephen will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken family, extended family, wide circle of friends & neighbours.
We especially wish to extend our gratitude to Dr Hugh Doran, the staff of the Mercy & C.U.H. Hospitals, in particular the staff of the GB R Ward in C.U.H. and the staff of the I.C.U. for their efforts and exceptional care of Stephen as well as the compassion shown towards the family.

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25VW02 on Sunday 28th from 7pm - 8.30pm.
Stephen’s cortege will leave from his home on Monday 29th at 1030am, traveling to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton for 11am Requiem Mass.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
