Stephen Lavelle

Stephen Lavelle (Inishbofin) has passed away peacefully, in the company of his family, after a short but strong battle with illness. We are in awe of his fight and we are heartbroken to lose him but comforted by the knowledge that he is at peace. Dearly missed by his children & their mum, his son and daughter in law, his beloved grandchildren, his brother and sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours on Inishbofin as well as extended family and friends.

Reposing in Conneely’s Funeral Home, Galway (H91A 786) on Sunday, 1st January, from 4pm until 5pm. Removal on Monday, 2nd January, to Cleggan Pier to catch the 11.30am boat to Inishbofin. Reposing in St. Colman's Church from 12.30pm. Requiem Mass will take place at 1pm. Burial afterwards in Inishbofin Cemetery.
