Stephen Lawless

The death has occurred, in his 80th year, of Stephen Lawless, Beechwood Drive, Dunleer and late of Scarlet St., Drogheda, after a long illness in the loving care of the doctors and staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his family. Stephen, beloved husband of Mary (née Crilly) and loving father of Pat, Barry, Shane, Stephen and Karl. Predeceased by his daughter Wendy (Fanning), his parents Patrick and Kathleen, brothers James and Patrick and sisters Maura (Bell), Una (Smart), Olive (Woods) and Frances (Byrne).

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, sons, grandchildren Adam, Aaron, Abi, Ella, Pearse, Kyle, Kaylum, Rosie, Liam and Mia, his sister Gertie, daughters-in-law Paula, Nicola, Rebecca and Mabel, son-in-law Bobby, brothers-in-law Peter (Byrne), Paddy (Griffin), John (Byrne) and John (Crilly), sisters-in-law Sheila (Hearty) and Maura (Crilly), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) on Monday from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to Saint Brigid's Church, Dunleer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am which can be viewed live at https://www.dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/. Burial afterwards in Mullary Cemetery.
