The death has occurred of
Stephen (Steve) Mooney
MOONEY; Lacken, Cappoquin, Co. Waterford and formerly of Little Island, Cork. On 28th February 2025, unexpectedly, Stephen (Steve), loving son of the late Stephen.
Dearly beloved husband of Davina (née Hickey), adored dad of Juno and Melody, much loved son of Eileen (nee Hurley) and loving brother of Kenneth.
Deeply missed by his heartbroken wife and children, mother, brother, father-in-law Tony and mother-in-law May Hickey, sister-in-law Yvette and her husband James, brother-in-law Eddie Hickey and his wife Emily, nephews Kevin, Alex and Davy, nieces Millie, Raven, Freya and Zara, aunts, uncles, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh and Sons Funeral Home, Cappoquin
on Wednesday evening March 5th 2025 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm,
followed by removal to
St. Mary’s Church Cappoquin,
Funeral Mass on Thursday March 6th at 12.00 noon,
followed by burial in St. John The Baptist Church Cemetery, Affane.
