Stephen (Tom) HAMILTON
HAMILTON Stephen (Tom) (Donaghmede, Dublin) 19th July 2017 (peacefully) at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Frances and loving father of Philip, Linda, Raymond, Colm and Declan; very sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Rest In Peace
Reposing at the family home today (Thursday) between 5pm and 7pm. Removal tomorrow (Friday 21st July) to the Church of the Holy Trinity, Donaghmede arriving for 10.00 o’clock Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery. No flowers please, donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
