Passed away peacefully at Louth County Hospital on Saturday, 31st January 2026 surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband and best friend of Marion (née Meenan), loving dad of Oisín, Odhrán and Aoibhínn, dear son of Philip and Valerie (née Duffy) and much-loved brother of Michelle Kelly, Denise McGeeney and Donna Johnston.
Stephen was dearly loved by all who knew him and will be forever remembered and missed by his wife, sons, daughter, parents, sisters, mother-in-law Kathleen Meenan, brothers and sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family relatives, and by all his wonderful friends and neighbours.
At Peace
Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street [A91Y3CX] on both Sunday and Monday from 2pm to 7pm.
Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.40am driving to The Church of The Holy Family arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Co. Cavan [H12RF78].
