Susan Waldron Keane

Cloughanover, Headford, Galway

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered "come to me”, with tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away, and although we love you dearly we could not make you stay. 

 

A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.

 

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Susan Waldron Keane of Malden, MA (formerly of Cloughanover, Headford, Co. Galway) on Wednesday, 29th September 2021.

 

Devoted wife to Darren Keane, loving mother of Brooke and Cara Keane. Daughter of the late Fursey (Joe) Waldron and Eta Waldron (nee Slattery). Sister to Helen Waldron, Brian Waldron and wife Helen, Noreen Waldron and husband Paul Quinn. Joseph Waldron and wife Dianora Balsimelli, Linda Waldron and partner Frank Tarantino, Sean Waldron and wife Dolores, brother John Gillam and wife Iglika. Also survived 13 nieces and nephews in the USA, Ireland and England and many aunts and uncles.

 

Mass will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10 AM EDT at Immaculate Conception Parish Church located at 600 Pleasant St., Malden MA 02148.  Mass will be immediately followed by an open invitation reception for all at the Irish American Club, 177 West St., Malden MA.  To attend virtually, please use this MAIN link: https://youtu.be/iDN5BZl4RW4.
