Susanne Plummer

Peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the staff in St James’ Hospital and the Community Palliative Care Team. Beloved daughter of Patricia and the late Francis, loving sister of Paul, Lisa and Alan. She will be very sadly missed by her loving family, nieces Megan, Hannah, Lucy, Martha and Connie, nephew Tom, sisters-in-law Helen and Gill, aunts, uncles, extended family and her wonderful friends and neighbours.

Funeral on Tuesday, 15th October, with Requiem Mass at 11am in The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Ballyfermot, followed by Cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium.
