TADGH BARRY

Tadgh (Thady) Barry (Midleton Co. Cork, late of Glanworth, Co. Cork) passed away peacefully on the 11th April 2025 surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the staff at ICU in the Cork University Hospital.

Beloved husband of Patricia, loving father of the late Maurice (Mossy), adored father of Timmy, Padjoe & Robbie. Much loved Grandad of Amy, Jack, Ryan, Hugh, Tom, Dáithí (Godson) and Katie.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his heartbroken family, daughters-in-law, Rachel, Maria and Liz, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The family would like to thank all the staff at the CUH, especially those in the Dialysis unit who cared for Tadgh for the last few years, and those in the ICU who cared for him in the last few days.

May Tadgh Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton on Sunday 13th from 5pm - 6.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday 14th at 11am in The Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mass will be available to view LIVE ONLY on the parish webcam www.midletonparish.ie and on the Parish Saorview Channel.
