The death has occurred of
Tara O’Keeffe - Smith
O’Keeffe - Smith, Tara (late of Ferrycarrig Pk, Coolock) - April 20, 2025. Peacefully in the care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny and surrounded by her loving family. Tara will be sadly missed by her loving husband Joe, sons Seán and Ryan, stepson Karl, daughter-in-law Catherine, grandson Mason, sister Lisa, brother-in-law Conor, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends.
May Tara Rest In Peace.
Funeral mass on Thursday morning at 10am in the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, Priorswood followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
