Peacefully, after a short illness. In the wonderful care of the staff of Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel. Predeceased by his son Nicky, father Nick and brother Fr Jimmy. Deeply regretted by his loving family, mother Elizabeth, wife Joan (née Delahunty), daughters Trish, Liz and Joan, sons Timmy and John, grandchildren Shannen, Seán óg, Samantha, Leah and Theodore, sons-in-law Dan (O'Meara) and John (Quinlan), daughter-in-law Áine (Delaney), brothers John, Ber, Ger, Martin, Michael and Eamon, sisters Liz (O'Sulllivan) and Ann (Wong), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, Sue Ryder community and friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Thursday 22nd January, from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at Holycross Abbey on Friday 23rd January at 11am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
