The death has occurred of
Teddy Joseph Murphy
On the 7th October 2023, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of the matron and staff of Macroom Community Hospital. Predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Moloney) and his son-in-law Tony O'Sullivan. Dearest Dad of Maireád (O'Sullivan), Sheena (O'Driscoll), Susan (McSwiney) and Teddy, brother of Margaret, Norann and Carmel, father-in-law of Jerry, Eddie and Martina. Adored Grandad of Mark, Lisa, Dean, Aisling, Niamh, Séan, Paul, Eoghan, Chloe, Jack and Julia, great-grandad of Ryan and AJ. Sadly missed by his family, sisters-in-law Rita and Lily, brothers-in-law John and James, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home, Hillside, Kilnagurteen (P12 C621), on Sunday, 8th October, from 5pm to 8pm with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass (which will be live streamed at: www.churchservices.tv/macroom) in St Colman's Church, Macroom, on Monday, 9th October, at 4.15pm with burial afterwards in St Colman's Cemetery, Macroom.
Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu, to Macroom Community Hospital.
