Terence (Terry) Leyden

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University hospital of Terence Leyden (known as Terry), Augheygault, Drumkeen (F93P77P). Formerly of Old Market Street, Sligo. Predeceased by his brother Michael. Terry will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Vonnie, sons Derek and Paul, daughter Sharon and son-in-law Derrick and daughter-in-law Rena, grandchildren Ella, Ben, Tara and Paris. Deeply regretted by his brother Pauric (Australia), sisters Evelyn and Jean, wider family circle, neighbours and friends.

His remains will repose at his late residence from 6pm on Saturday 3rd February. Family time please from 11pm to 10am and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral leaving from there on Monday at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Drumkeen followed by burial in the family plot in the adjoining graveyard. Rosary each night at 9pm.

Family flowers only donations in lieu if desired to the Oncology Ward care of any family member or Terence McClintock funeral director.

A shuttle bus will be in operation from Drumkeen Football Club car park on Saturday from 6pm – 8pm and on Sunday from 2pm – 6pm.
