Teresa Cleary née Ruane “Erindale Cottage”, Kilkenny Road, Carlow and formerly of Ballindine, Co. Mayo, January 6th, 2026, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Dearly loved wife of Matt and adored mother of Ronan, Andrea, Enda and James.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, brothers Seamus and Con, sisters Maura and Bernie, sons-in-law Frank and Laurent, daughters-in-law Anne Marie and Marina, her cherished granddaughters Ciara, Maura, Amelie, Elsa and Maia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, former colleagues of St. Joseph’s NS and her many friends.

Predeceased by her grandson Aidan and by her siblings Michael, Paraic and Audrey.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow R93 H308 on Thursday (Jan 8th) from 3.30pm concluding with Prayers at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Friday at 10am in the Cathedral of the Assumption R93 E681.

Burial afterwards in Killeshin Cemetery R93 WT29.
