The death has occurred of
Teresa Collins
(née O' Connell)
Collins (Banteer). On July 29th 2025, unexpectedly but peacefully at Mercy University Hospital, Cork, Teresa (née O' Connell, Ballydesmond), Knockbrack, beloved wife of the late Timmy and dear mother of Noreen, Dan Joe, Tadhg, John, Gerard and Áine. Deeply regretted by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Catherine, Margaret, Theresa and Eileen, sons-in-law Willie and Paul, sister-in-law Sheila (O' Connell), relatives, neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at McCarthy's Funeral Home, Banteer on Thursday (July 31st) from 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. followed by removal to St. Fursey's Church, Banteer. Requiem Mass on Friday (August 1st) at 11:00a.m. which can be viewed live at http://www.churchservices.tv/banteer. Burial afterwards in St. Fursey's Cemetery.
