The death has occurred of
Teresa (Honora) Delaney
Teresa (Honora) Delaney (Troy’s Court, Kilkenny City and formerly of Callan, Co. Kilkenny) peacefully on 14th December 2025 surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of all the staff in St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Predeceased by her parents John and Nora (née Coady) sisters Joan and Catherine and brother Christopher. Teresa will be greatly missed by her sisters Mary, Margaret and Carmel and brother-in-law Brian. Forever loved by her nephews, nieces, extended family, excellent neighbours and loyal friends.
MAY TERESA REST IN PEACE
Teresa will repose in Shasby’s Funeral Home, Kilkenny City on Wednesday 17th December 2025 from 5pm, concluding with rosary and vigil prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday (18th December) in St. Canice’s Church, Kilkenny City at 10.30am followed by burial in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.
