Peacefully at University Hospital Galway, with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Mary E., sister Margaret and brother Martin. Beloved wife of Brian. Will be sadly missed by her husband, son Ian, daughter Rachel, son-in-law Ronan, daughter-in-law Lydia, grandchildren Ali, Jack, Trystan, Noah and Celyn, brothers Bernard, Padraic, Eamonn and Paul, sisters Julie, Mary and Breda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Áras Naofa, in the grounds of St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Renmore (H91 PX95), on Tuesday, the 18th of June, from 5pm. Private removal to her home at 6:30pm. Teresa's Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday, the 19th of June, in St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Renmore, at 11am. Cremation Service to follow at 2pm, in Shannon Crematorium, County Clare.
