Teresa McHugh (nee Dolan) Highfield Road, Cavan Town and formerly Bawnboy, Co. Cavan, October 7th 2023, peacefully, in the loving care of her family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Tommy McHugh and devoted mother of Noel (Teresa), Carmel (Noel), Kathleen (Colm), Thomas (Noeleen), John (Antoinette) and Teresa (Enda). Teresa will be very sadly missed and dearly loved by her family, her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, all her relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd., Cavan H12 C821, on Monday evening from 5pm, concluding with evening prayer at 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan, arriving for 11am Funeral Mass, via Highfield Road and Wolfe Tone St. Following Mass, the cortege will travel to St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry, for committal prayers and burial in the family plot.
