Teresa Moynihan
(née Twomey)
Moynihan (Shanakiel, Cork) on March 9th 2026, peacefully at home in the presence of her loving family; Teresa (nee Twomey) Ashboro, Shanakiel (formerly Coal Quay) (late organiser Međugorje Pilgrimage). Beloved wife of the late Con, loving mother of Peg, Audrey, Esther, Gary, Philip, Colin and Rachel and sister of Pierce, Brenda and the late Tommy, Noel and Philip. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sister, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday 11th March from 5pm-6pm with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday 12th March at 12.30pm at Ss Peter and Pauls Church. Funeral afterwards to St. James Cemetery, Chetwynd.
