On March 10th, 2026, TERESA passed away peacefully in her 84th year at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Dan (Bantry Dan) and her twin sister Eileen. Sadly missed by her son Denis, daughters Anna Marie and Bernadette, granddaughters Megan, Hannah and Isabel, sisters Gracie and Joan, son-in-law Seamus, nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends.

Waking at her daughter Anna Marie O’Leary’s home in Behagane, Castlecove, V93 PD30 on Tuesday March 10th. Waking at Coakleys Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Bantry, P75 YW58 on Wednesday March 11th between 5.30pm to 7.30pm with vigil prayers at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday March 12th at 12 noon in St. Finbarr's Church, Bantry (to view livestream please click here) followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
