O’DONOGHUE (Fairfield Terrace, Clonakilty): on July 9th 2024, peacefully in the presence of her family at Clonakilty Community Hospital. TERESA (Teasie) (nee O’Brien) beloved wife of the late Dan, loving mother of Pauline (O’Brien) and Noelle (Footman), sister of the late Margaret, Bridget, Jamesie and Jackie, sister-in-law of the late Nora (Googan), Maura (O’Brien), Mick, Pat and John (O’Donoghue). Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law David and Pat, grandchildren Orla, Padraig, Padraig, Deirdre, Colm and Eoin, great-grandson Oisín, brother Pat, sister-in-law Hannah (Lawless), nephews, nieces, relatives and kind neighbours especially Mary Lordan.

 

Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Wednesday, July 10th 2024, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Thursday, July 11th 2024, at 2pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty. This will be livestreamed via www.clonakiltyparish.ie/live. Burial afterwards to St Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff in the The Dochas Ward and especially the Saoirse Ward at Clonakilty Community Hospital for the excellent care and attention they showed their mother. They also want to acknowledge the medical team at Clonakilty Medical Centre for all their care.

 

Teasie’s Funeral Cortege will leave The Church of the Immaculate Conception proceeding via Bridge Street, Kent Street, Connolly Street, Larkin Street, Park Road and onwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty.
