Forsythe (London & Cork) On June 7th 2021 peacefully at Bushmount Nursing Home, Clonakilty Terry beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Scully), loving father of David & John. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

In accordance with current government guidelines Terry's funeral will take place privately. Terry's Cremation Service will be streamed on Thursday at 3pm on www.islandcrematorium.ie
