Terry Woods

Terry Woods Formerly of Boherbui, Ballaghadereen, London, and Rathbawn Drive, Castlebar. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, under the exceptional care of the staff at Mayo University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Martin and Kate, and siblings Paddy, Matt, and Bridget. Beloved husband of Mary Woods (née Corrigan), devoted father to Martin, Terry, Kevin, Stephen, and Mary Ann, cherished father-in-law to Lorna, Joan, Lisa, and Geraldine, and to his son-in-law Padraic. Proud and adored Grandad to his twelve treasured grandchildren. Terry will be deeply missed by his heartbroken family, including his sister Mary Rooney, brothers-in-law Padraic and Marty, nieces, nephews, extended family, and a wide circle of friends.

Terry will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar (F23 XY63), on Friday, 11th July, from 5.30pm until 7.00pm. His remains will then be removed from Coady’s Funeral Home to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, to arrive at 7.30pm. The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11.30am in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, with burial afterwards in Doohoma Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
