The death has taken place of Tess Fitzgibbon, Farrahy, Kildorrery, who passed away peacefully at her daughter’s residence in Bridgetown, Castletownroche, on February 27th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Predeceased by her loving husband Tom, her son-in-law Martin, and her brothers and sisters Jim, Bill, Kit, Nora, Johnny, Joan, Ciss and the late Tom.

 

Beloved mother of Noel, Marie (Browne), Thomas, John and Valerie (Collins). Tess will be sadly missed by her sons and daughters, daughters-in-law Collette, May and Martina, son-in-law Pat and Marie’s partner Tim, her brother Dave, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at the Chapel of Peace, Hannon’s Funeral Home, Kildorrery (P67 H971) on Sunday, 1st March, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Reception into St, Bartholomew's Church, Kildorrery, on Monday, 2nd March, for Requiem Mass at 2:00pm followed by burial in the local cemetery.
