The Very Rev. Fr. Seán Sexton

The Very Rev. Fr. Sean Sexton, former P.P. of Inagh/Kilnamona, Co. Clare and formerly of Lissycasey, Co. Clare. 17th November 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of University Hospital, Limerick. Deeply missed by his brother Fr. Pat, sisters Sr Mary and Frances, brother-in-law Liam (Ashe), niece Mary Ashe-Winton and her husband Glenn, nephews Killian and Colm and Colm’s wife Nicola, his grandnephews Jack, Max and Liam, grandnieces Amy and Evie, cousins, Bishop Fintan Monahan, Bishop Emeritus Willie Walsh, Priests of the Diocese, parishioners and the staff of Carrigoran House, the staff of Ennis youth centre and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Inagh, on Wednesday (20th Nov.) from 3 pm with funeral prayers 7 pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Inagh, (21st Nov.) at 2 pm. Burial afterwards in the grounds of St. Joseph’s Church, Kilnamona.
