The death has occurred of
Theresa BARRETT
(née Murphy)
BARRETT Theresa (née Murphy), Coppeen, on 28 March 2025, beloved wife of the late Ned and dear mother of the late John. So sadly missed by her children Etta, Mary, Jim and Therese. Much loved Granny of Rachel, Jim, Peter, Romy, Simon, Avril, Edward, Hazel, Judy, Alice, Nick, Emma, Kate, James and Eoin. Dear sister of Luarena, Connie and the late Breda and Phil.
Theresa will also be missed by her sons-in-law Harry (Fehily), Richard (Martin) and Conor (Bourke) and by her daughters-in-law Mary (Boland) and Denise (O’Flaherty), her brothers-in-law Tim Goggin and Jim O’Shea and her nieces, nephews, relatives, work colleagues in Coppeen and many friends.
Reposing at O’Mahony’s Funeral Home, Enniskeane, on Sunday 30 March from 4pm to 6pm.. Funeral Mass at midday on Monday 31 March in St Joseph’s Church, Castletown, Kinneigh which will be llivestreamed on the following link;http://lifeisariver.com with burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to thank the extraordinary people at Marymount Hospice and Cork University Hospital for their kindness, care and compassion during Theresa’s very short illness.
May she rest in peace.
