Theresa Barry
(née O'Callaghan)
BARRY (Cork) on March 7th, 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family and in the tender and loving care of the staff of St. Joseph’s Ward, Mercy University Hospital, THERESA (nee O’Callaghan), Bakers Road, Gurranabraher. Beloved wife of the late Edward (Ned) and loving mother of Michael, Norsha (White), Marc, Jackie (O’Leary) & Meresa and mother-in-law to the late Gordon. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandson Beau, son-in-law Damian, daughters-in-law Joy & Christine, brother Seamus, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Saturday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm with prayers at 4:45pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11:00am at the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. Theresa’s Requiem Mass will be live streamed at gurranabraherparish.ie/webcam/ Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
