Theresa passed away peacefully on the 8th of March, surrounded by her loving family, following an illness bravely borne with great courage in the exceptional care of the staff of The Galway Hospice.
Predeceased by her father John and Mother in-law Mary. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her heartbroken family: devoted husband Sean, loving children Kevin, Ciara (David) and Keith, her adored mother Mary, her sisters Kathleen (Fairfield) and Maria Flynn (Duniry), brothers Jimmy (Kiltormer) and Michael (Portumna).
She will be deeply missed by her uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and her wide circle of friends.
Donations if desired to The Galway Hospice, where Theresa spent her last weeks in their exceptional care, we are very thankful for all they have done for us

We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Silvie Blazkova, her oncology team at University Hospital Galway and Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe, and the staff of St. Joseph’s Ward, UHG, for their exceptional care and kindness during Theresa’s illness.

Teresa will lie in repose in Cappataggle Community Centre (H53 E685) on Tuesday 10th March from 6.00PM to 8PM.
Funeral Cortege will arrive at St Michael's Church Cappataggle on Wednesday for Requiem MASS for Theresa at 12 noon.
Burial Afterwards in Killallaghton Cemetery.
