Theresa Lucey
(née Barry)
Lucey (O’Donovan Crescent, Ballincollig and formerly of Ardrostig, Waterfall, Cork). On April 15th 2026, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, Theresa (née Barry) in her 101st year, beloved wife of the late Dan and loving mother of John, Mary (Woods), Norah (Hennigan), Pat, Teresa (Spillane), Donal and her infant son Anthony. Sister of the late Mick, Mary, Rita, Pauline, Ned and John. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Margaret, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Saturday (18th) from 6pm followed by prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 11am Monday (20th) in the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig. Funeral afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Theresa’s family would like to extend their deep gratitude and sincere thanks to the wonderful carers, Dr. Pat Lee and Dr. Maria Horgan and staff for their incredible kindness and compassion.
