O’Brien (nee Heffernan) (Dublin) May 5th, 2021 peacefully in the wonderful care of all the staff of St. Catherine’s Ward, Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Theresa, late of Bulfin Road, Inchicore. Beloved wife of the late John and loving mother of John, Stephen and Catherine. Sadly missed and never forgotten by her loving family, her daughters-in-law Caroline and Mary, son-in-law Seán, her adoring grandchildren Ciara, Eoin, Amy, Sean, Niall and Aisling, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

In line with Government and HSE advice regarding public gatherings a small private funeral will take place.
