TURTLE (Cork) On 18th July 2025, peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne with great dignity and courage, at Cork University Hospital, THERESA (PEG, nee O’Sullivan) late of Park Court, Ballyvolane. Dearly beloved wife of Denis, devoted legend of a mother to Michael, Denise, David and the late Anne, adored nan of Chloe, Katie, Emma, Philip and Mia and sister of the late Francis.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, grandchildren, brother Jerome, son-in-law Dave Murphy, sister-in-law Jacinta, nephews, niece, relatives, wonderful neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at her residence on Monday (21st July) from 4.00pm with Rosary at 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (22nd July) at 2.00pm in St. Oliver’s Church, Ballyvolane. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society and Cork Animal Care Society.

The family would like to thank Dr. Rob Gee, Dr. Trish Horgan, the staff of Cork University Hospital and all those who tended to mam during her illness.
