Smith (née Matthews) Theresa, 12th July, 2022, Aughavannagh Road, Crumlin; peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of St. James’s Hospital, especially the Patrick Kavanagh Ward, Misa Unit.  Beloved mother of Karen, Stephen, Brian and the late Michael and a much-loved nana of Danielle, Anthony, Kerrie, Jamie, Christina, Adam, Dylan, Bronwyn and Caithlín. Theresa will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving children, daughter-in-law Sharon, grandchildren, great-grandchildren Eve and Alex, brothers Georgie and Des, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm only. A Celebration of Theresa’s life will take place on Friday afternoon (15th July) at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome followed by Cremation.
