Therese Byrne
(née Hughes)
BYRNE, Therese, (née Hughes) – Portmarnock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Clonliffe Road, Dublin 3, died unexpectedly at home on 27th November 2022. Predeceased by her adored husband John. Therese who was a sales assistant in Dublin with Clearys, Guineys, Arnotts and Switzers stores. Therese was a true Lady, kind and sociable, a talented singer, model, and member of dramatic societies, had time for everyone, was positive with great patience, always full of fun, with lovely brown eyes as well as a beautiful welcoming smile which we will miss terribly. We are broken hearted, goodbye to the best mother in the world, we were so lucky to have a wonderful mother and best friend. Mary, Ann and Bridget dearly appreciated, cherished, treasured, adored and loved our diplomatic, listener and advisor. We will miss our mother deeply, also remembered by her son-in-law John, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, Friday club friends, extended friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Thursday, 1st December, from 3pm to 5pm. Removal to St. Anne’s Church, Portmarnock on Friday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery.
