O’Farrell (née Keogh) Thérèse, (late of Templeogue), 13th April 2025, passed peacefully after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful and gentle care of the staff in Our Lady’s Hospice and the Beacon Hospital; beloved wife and best friend of Martin, devoted mam of Jennifer and Eoghan, loving mother-in-law of Gary and Steph, adored granny of Ciara, Niamh, Sadhbh, Sean and Via. Predeceased by her sister Catherine and brothers Patrick and Noel.

 

Thérèse will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her heartbroken family, sisters Mary, Barbara and Jude, brothers Tony and Camillus, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and her wide circle of wonderful friends and neighbours who supported us on our journey.

Reposing at her home on Tuesday (15th April) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (16th April) at 10am in St Jude the Apostle, Templeogue followed by Cremation in The Temple, Newlands Cross Crematorium for 12 noon.
