Therese Rooney (née Corscadden) of Bray, Co. Wicklow, passed away peacefully, in her 96th year, on Thursday, 26th February, 2026, in the loving care of her family and the staff at Earlsbrook House Nursing Home, Bray.

 

Beloved wife of the late Frank, a loving and caring mother of Martin, Genevieve and Sandra, mother-in-law of Martin and Shane, devoted grandmother of Rachel, James and Phong and sister of the late Mamie, Violet and Doris. She will be sadly missed by her family, relatives, friends and neighbours.

 

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Sunday 1st. March from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday 2nd March at 10.30am in the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Putland Road, Bray, followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray.

 

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
