The death has occurred of Thomas Clement Clifford, Killaloe, Co. Clare and formerly of Artane Dublin; peacefully at Milford Hospice.
Predeceased by his wife Hazel, parents Donal and Rose and his brother Brendan.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie, son Eoghan, brother Sean, daughter-in-law Kirstie, sister-in-law Olive, niece Ruth, Bridget O'Sullivan, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Cremation will take place in Shannon Crematorium on Sunday the 18th of January at 4pm.
Family flowers only.
