Thomas Downes, (Clarence Place Great, Dublin 2) – 4th June 2025. Passed away peacefully at St. James’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

 

Sadly missed and remembered by Heather (née Crombie), his children Rachel, Caroline, Thomas, Philip, Alison and Jessica, daughters-in-law Keely and Ciara, son-in-law Lewis, his adored grandchildren Shane, Eric, Chloe, Thomas, Séan, Callum, James, Caedan and Jacob, great-granddaughters Mila and Romi, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Thomas will repose at his home on Sunday (June 8th) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Monday morning (June 9th) St. Andrew’s Church, Westland Row arriving for 10am Mass, followed thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium.

Thomas’s family would like to take this opportunity to thank the nurses, doctors and staff of St. James’s Hospital for the care they gave to Thomas and his family during his time with them.
