Predeceased by his wife Madeline, son Ciarán, grandson Darragh, brothers Kevin and Gerry R.I.P.

Thomas will be sadly missed and was much loved by his sons and daughter, Donatus, Emmett and Edel O'Flaherty (Galway), daughters-in-law Caroline, Sandra and Niamh, son-in-law Michael, his 15 grand-children, sister Mary Theresa, and brothers, Bro. Donatus, Brendan and John Joe, nieces, nephews, family circle and friends.

Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12 YE00) on Tuesday 7th May from 5pm until removal to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford at 7pm. Thomas's Funeral Mass will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday 8th May prior to burial in Kilconduff Cemetery.
