Thomas Joseph (Tom) Lynch

Drumslide, Ballycroy and formerly of Ballymore, Co. Westmeath – peacefully in his 88th year in the wonderful care of the Mayo-Roscommon Hospice, Castlebar following a short illness. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Joseph, sisters Mary and Nelly his brother Joe and his niece Cathy. Tom will be deeply missed by his loving wife Catherine his daughters Mary, Ann, Margaret and Caitriona, his sons-in-law John and David, his 12 grandchildren Aoife, Caolan, Oisin, Darragh, Saoirse, James, Luke, Stevie, Helena, Erica, Elaina and Rayna, his brothers Paddy (Westmeath) and Johnny (UK), his sisters Kitty and Carmel (USA), nieces and nephews, extend family, neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Tom will repose in Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Ballycroy, F28KF20 on Tuesday evening from 4pm until 6.45pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of The Holy Family, Ballycroy arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12.00pm with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Holy Family Church Ballycroy Facebook page.
