Thomas McCANN
McCANN Thomas (Weir Home, Cork Street Dublin 8) January 12, 2020. Peacefully at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Thomas will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially the staff and residents of Weir Home.
Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place.
