O’Toole Thomas (Old Bawn, Tallaght) August 28th 2016 (peacefully) at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross. Predeceased by his loving wife Loreto and sadly missed by his loving son Ciaran, sister Eileen, family, relatives and friends.

Reposing on Tuesday the 29th of August in Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to The Church of Saint Martin de Porres for 10.00am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice.
