Tom died peacefully 20th December, surrounded by his loving family in the care of the staff of the critical care unit in the University Hospital Limerick.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Bridget, brothers Michael, Stevie, Patsy and Seamie, sister Catherine (Kitsy Tierney).

Tom is survived by his loving wife Mary, daughters Aoife and Serena, his adored grandchildren Keeva and Noah, Aoifes partner Simon, brother Seanie sister Joanie, sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family, neighbours, a wide circle of friends and his beloved dog spot.

Tom will be reposing at Davern's funeral home, Hospital, Co. Limerick, this Monday evening (22nd December) from 5.30pm until 7pm.

Funeral cortége arriving at St. John The Baptist Church Hospital Tuesday morning (23rd December) for requiem mass at 11.30am, a cremation service will take place afterwards in Shannon crematorium at 3pm.
